- A full deposit of $200, and a seperate check or cash for the rental fee must be given at time of booking in order to secure the room. Rental cost is as followed: Members-$150, Non-Members $300
- Use of the kitchen and any dishware, equipment, and utensils must be negotiated at the time of contract signing.
- Use of the Pavillion for Celebrations of Life and Charitable Events for members may be provided at no cost by the Legion. However, a contract is required for both, and a deposit is required for outside charitable events.
- The person signing the contract is responsible for any damages to the room and property utilized by the party's guests. This includes, but not limited to items such as utensils, dishware, kitchenware, equipment, fixtures, furniture, floors, walls, lot, and landscaping.
- The person signing the contract is also responsible for the proper conduct of all guest brought to the event.
- All Post items affixed to the walls will not be removed or moved during the event. The room may be rearranged to suit the event, however, no round tables are to be removed from the Pavillion without the Commander's express permission. Fire Code must be maintained at all times.
- No illegal substances or items prohibited by Post 103 House Rules will be allowed. Post 103 Houserules are available by clicking HERE.
- No alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Pavillion from outside sources. No gambling is allowed, other than gambling provided by the Post, using Post operators.
- A bartender can be made available for the event. The bartender is to be paid $10 per hour plus tips by the person signing the contact or Legion member of the event. The bartender must be a current employee of the Post and the Post must be given advance notice at the time of signing. If no bartender is available, a Legion member may purchase alcohol from the main canteen bartender for guests, given they are over 21 years of age.
- Guest found violating any of the above rules may be expelled from the event and property. The Letion Post 103 reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all guests and terminate the entire contract if gross violations of the rule, post safety, it's property or members, is compromised, and/or illegal activity is found.
Once the form below is filled out, it is sent directly to the chapter via email. Your form will be reviewed and you will be called with availability.
